About the St Ives Bay Hotel, St Ives

Standing in an elevated position overlooking the golden sands of Porthminster Beach, this attractive hotel commands superb panoramic views across the bay. A string of splendid beaches, a fishing harbour, artists' quarter and art galleries, antique shops, potteries and cosy pubs are all just a few minutes walk away from the St. Ives Bay Hotel. St. Ives is full of Cornish colour, character and charm. Behind its harbour walls you'll find cobbled streets and crooked alleys to explore.

A limited number of parking spaces are located at the front of the hotel, with the remainder at the back of the building.

How to get there

By Car:

Follow the A30 to Cornwall as far as Erth Roundabout. Turn right onto the A3074, following signs for St Ives, through Lelant and Carbis Bay. On approaching St Ives, the road forks. Take the right fork onto The Terrace. The hotel is 50 yards away on the left hand side. (AA Roadwatch 09003 401100).

By Train:

St Ives station is 200 yards below the hotel (reached by a flight of steps) and is served by trains from Penzance, via St Erth. (Rail enquiries to 08457 484950).
